“In Spring 2021, artist Victor Nicolai vistited restaurant Stallen's farm in Lier. Here they cultivate their own vegetables, used throughout their menu. Everything is 100% organic. Nicolai has interpreted through his dark and semi-abstract images; the raw and beautiful in the untouched vegetation found on the farm.”

Stallen holds one Michelin star and Michelin green star.
